I want to analyze simulated lisa data

Great! For greatest ease of communication with individuals interested in the same, we recommend that you join the tla-analyze mailing list, where you can exchange notes with, and ask questions of, others who are also working to analyze simulated LISA data.

You can download any SLDP data set via the archive Browse page. It is important to note that each SLDP file is self-contained: i.e., it contains the observables, the constellation location and orientation, and the constellation response to gravitational waves as a function of time. Documentation on how this information is represented in the SLDPs is part of the LISA Representation Specification document, which can be found on our Documentation page. You can use any of the software libraries that we provide (in C, C++, FORTRAN, Matlab, etc.) on our Software page for reading the SLDPs.

We would appreciate your additional support, once you have completed your analysis, in sending a link or providing us with some information on the analysis methodologies you have used and their effectiveness. All such information will be consolidated to an Analysis Results web page, which will go live shortly after we have the first set of information to post.
