  • If reporting problems with software please provide the software name and version number and a detailed description of the problem including, if possible, a description of how to reproduce any errors.
  • If reporting problems with SLDP files, please include the sldpId (available from the download page) and information on the API version (language and version) that you are using to read/write the SLDP
